Every Package Is Hand Packed With The Highest Level Of Care. We Do Understand That Sometime Things Out Of Our Control Can Happen When Shipping Products Via Mail.
In The Event That You Receive Your Product And It Is Damaged, Please Adhere To The Following Instructions:
•You Must Send Me CLEAR Pictures Of Your Damaged Product(s) Within 72hrs After Delivery (NO EXCEPTIONS!!)
•Once The Pictures Are Received Via Email, I Will Send Out Your New Product.
•During Summer Months, I Will Ship Mon-Wed ONLY To Ensure Your Product Does Not Sit On The Truck For An Extended Period Of Time. I Ask That Products Do Not Sit In A Metal Mailbox For An Extended Period Of Time.
